He was a great friend, and I will miss having conversations with him over the phone in the years to come. It has been challenging for me to come to terms with the immeasurable loss that the passing of Miles Standish brings to 7k and the field of numismatics… as well as to all of the individuals who loved him, including myself. His passing has brought a sense of profound sadness to all of us. The magnitude of this loss has made it difficult to come to terms with it, which has been a challenge.
